Application Instructions

Remove protective paper from adhesive surface. For cockroach monitoring: fold into triangular "tent" with adhesive inside and openings at ends. Place along walls, in corners, behind appliances, under sinks. Number each trap and mark location on facility map. Check weekly and record: date, location, trap number, pest species, and count. Replace when surface is 50% covered or monthly minimum. Use catch data to guide treatment decisions and track program success.
